When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

SECTIE 4 – WOOCOMMERCE
This webshop and the sale of our products was developed on the Woocommerce platform. Again, your personal data is processed and stored protected.
Payment:
LEYS NV ( Da Factory ) may process personal data about you by using the services of LEYS NV ( Da Factory ), and/or because you provide it to LEYS NV ( Da Factory ) when you fill out a contact form on the website. LEYS NV ( Da Factory ) may process the following personal data:
- Contact and account information, including name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, personal preferences, social media account(s) and login details.
- We do not store payment and invoice information if you make an online payment through a third party such as Bancontact. If you provide this information to us in any other way, for example in writing or by e-mail, we may store it.
- Website data – such as IP address, traffic and location data and information about the use of our website, webshop, loyalty card and digital newsletters.
